McCon Engineering intentionally caters to the unique needs of home owners. In addition to providing a full range of residential services (from review of architectural drawings to preparation of structural framing plans for new construction), we are known for coming alongside home owners to help them with their questions about a particular structural issue. In response to popular demand, McCon Engineering has devised a "Residential Site Visit Package". Are you concerned about a crack in the basement wall? Do you have a sagging beam in the floor, or a damaged roof truss? Our Residential Site Visit Package may be what you need: Residential Site Visit On-site consultation regarding a specific area of structural concern, with verbal opinion rendered on the spot. Preparation of a written opinion bearing the professional seal of a licensed structural engineer. (This optional letter usually involves a nominal additional fee). Appointments typically scheduled within one week of your phone call, and a letter of professional opinion often issued within three business days. Call our office for a reasonable fee quote based on your location. Payment is typically COD cash or check received at the time of the site visit.
